I've gone to the city three times already and I love the place. I even got to spend the day with family there over the summer. It was amazing! I really wanna head back there sometime in the future and maybe stay for a few days (all the other times I went, we only spent a day there).
Times Square was probably my favorite part of the entire city.
I'm sorry, my friend only gave me reduced version of the photos... And as this year we're in different ingineering schools, and as he's staying at his to save time, I don't think that I'll be able to get the original ones
I'll try all the same, but I can't promess anything... I'll send you a note if that happens to get you aware.
Thanks a lot well as my friend have been there in summer, it's been very, very hot, so he told me to avoid outdoor activities in the middle of the day. By the way, he recommanded me to go to Times Square by night, on the pictures he sent me it looks awesome (of course if you like big cities ). In order to save money, he didn't rent a flat, he "switched" houses with a couple who lived there (he personnaly live in France, just near me). The flat he got was fine, close to everything, and he didn't have to pay anything for it! So if you're planning to go there, you should look on this side to help
If you come in France, especially in a few months, I suggest you to come in december of february, either in Paris (you know, all the fancy stuff that everyone wants to see ) or near Cannes, in the "Alpes Maritimes (06)". That's where I live, and I tell you, the ski stations there are really good (assuming that you like skiing). There are beautiful spots, and it's almost always sunny and snowy. If you'd like to know more about it, just ask me, right now I recommand you "Les 2 Alpes", "Serre-Chevalier" or "Avoriaz", which are not really far from Cannes (maybe 5-6 hours in local vacations).
I think I should stop there just contact me if you want more details about France
You're welcome. Oh okay, well I'm going in winter, so I'll just have to make sure I have warm clothing. I'm staying on Broadway so I'll be super close to Times Square . I do love big cities. Chances are I'll do some training to keep warm!
Okay sweet. Well I definitely want to do a trip around Paris specifically, in order to visit some well known Parkour spots I've seen over the years. Hopefully I'll get to train with some of the french masters too (I just need to learn a lot more french first haha). I'm not that interested in skiing to be honest, but thanks though. I want to visit the outskirts of Paris, like Ville De Lisses and seeing the La Dame Du Lac there, and also Evry, Courcouronnes. Not sure if you know those areas but yeah. Do you know/do le parkour at all?
Thank you very much for your info and advice man. It's much appreciated
